1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jethro Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jethro Hub is an organizational and volunteer management platform currently operating in a closed beta. Access is granted by invitation only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time during this development phase.
3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (including OTP codes).

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your identity and organizational affiliation.

Appropriate Use: You agree to use the Service solely for its intended purpose of event and volunteer coordination.

Protection of Fellow Volunteer Data: During the course of an event, you may have visibility to the names, phone numbers, or email addresses of fellow volunteers on your team. You agree that this information is provided strictly for organizational and event-related communication. You are expressly prohibited from using, saving, or distributing this contact information for any personal, secular, commercial, or non-event-related purposes (including unauthorized solicitations).
4. Limitation of Liability
Jethro Hub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Jethro Hub, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
For any paid subscriptions or services, users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Jethro Hub does not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service unless required by law.

For technical support or questions regarding these Terms, volunteers should contact their designated Event Oversight via the contact information provided on their event dashboard. Authorized organizational administrators may contact Jethro Hub directly through the designated support channels within the Admin portal.
7. Termination of Access
To protect the integrity of the closed-loop system and the privacy of our volunteers, Jethro Hub and your designated Event Oversight reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions (including the unauthorized use of fellow volunteer data).
