Privacy Policy for Jethro Hub

Last Updated: March 8, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Jethro Hub. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Because Jethro Hub operates as an invite-only platform for organizational management, we only collect information strictly necessary for the operation of the Service. This may include:

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, date of birth, and organizational/congregation affiliation.

  • Usage Data: Shift schedules, training attendance, and system interaction logs necessary for event oversight.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Jethro Hub platform.

  • Authenticate users via secure OTP (One-Time Password) logins.

  • Facilitate communication between Department Oversight, Keymen, Captains, and Volunteers.

4. Data Security & Sharing

Jethro Hub is a closed-loop system. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is secured using industry-standard encryption. Access to volunteer data is strictly limited to authorized oversight personnel within your specific event or organization.

5. Your Data Rights & Profile Deletion

You maintain control over your personal information. You may update your profile details or remove yourself from an active event directly within the app. Because Jethro Hub operates as a closed-loop platform, your primary data controller is the department oversight for your specific event. If you wish to permanently delete your entire system profile, have your data anonymized, and prevent future event invitations, please contact your designated Event Oversight directly, or use the support contact provided within your Jethro Hub dashboard.

6. Contact Us

For questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please reach out to your Event Oversight via the support email listed on your event dashboard. Authorized Event Administrators may contact Jethro Hub support directly via the Admin Portal.
